Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping So Close Studio. As a small shop, we take pride in all our designs and products. Please note that due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or accept returns for reasons other than defects. We hope you understand and appreciate your support. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree that you’ve read and agree to the refund and return policy.

1. Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, please reach out to natalia@soclose.studio within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue and pictures or video showing the defect(s). We'll evaluate and once the defect is verified we will gladly replace the item with a new one at no additional cost to you. Please be patient as the verification process can take a few days.

2. Non-Defective Items:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective items. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

3. Exceptions:

a. Damaged During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact us at natalia@soclose.studio within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue and pictures or video showing the damage(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

b. Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit and has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and provide you with a resolution accordingly.

4. Refund Processing Time:

If a refund is issued, please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
