Refund Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to natalia@soclose.studio within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue and pictures or video showing the defect(s). We'll evaluate and once the defect is verified we will gladly replace the item with a new one at no additional cost to you. Please be patient as the verification process can take a few days.

On average it can take about 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. Each product is made to order so all in all it can take 1-2 weeks for everything to arrive. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States, but we are working on it! If you live outside of the U.S and want some So Close goodies, shoot us a DM @soclose.studio on IG so we know to look into your region.

All apparel runs on unisex "true-to-size" fit. I usually size up 1 or 2 sizes for a more oversized fit but it depends on you. Feel free to reach out to natalia@soclose.studio with any questions.
